Food and Beverage Management Associate Degree

The Food and Beverage Management programme is designed to enable students to critically analyze the requirements to effectively cater to events and functions. The programme also ensures that students are equipped with sound knowledge of food and beverage preparation and the ability to competently perform all practical techniques in a realistic service setting.
