Culinary Arts Associate Degree Programme

The Culinary Arts programme is designed to provide students with competencies in the methods of food preparation, food handling, cooking, and culinary management. The programme entails students being exposed to various styles and proper use of culinary applications and equipment. By doing this program students will develop a comprehensive understanding of the culinary industry, preparing students for successful careers in one or more of the following areas:

  • Catering Manager
  • Food Stylist
  • Executive Chef
  • Restaurant Manager
  • Sous Chef

Course offerings in the Culinary Arts program include, but are not limited to:

  • Baking Technology
  • Menu Planning
  • Food Science and Nutrition
  • International Cuisine
