Basic Cookery 1 – Certificate

The Basic Cookery course introduces students to the essential concept and skills involved in cooking. By doing this course students will learn about the scientific principles of cooking and recipe development and develop an understanding of the techniques and skills required to cook various dishes. Upon completion of the course, students will have a solid foundation and will be equipped to pursue entry-level roles in the food and hospitality industry. You will receive your certificate in Basic Cookery after completing courses such as; Baking Technology, Food Preparation, Sanitation, Hygiene and Safety etc.
